The torrent sites focuses on movies and TV series. Zooqle also offers a public API to receive torrent meta data. Movie’s meta data is provided by TMDb.

They seem to use some trackers on the website and seem to ask users to register in order to access their RSS feed. But overall it is a trade-free service listing a lot of content that you have access to in a decentralized manner.
