I would give them 4 blocks since they can take down results from their searches for various reasons. It is a centralized search engine offering searches for bittorrent files, yet having this power to censor does feel like a trade-off for the end user https://torrentz2.eu/help. They do not seem to have any trackers or ads on their website.
