Selv om man absolutt kan si at nettstedet bruker google-analytics, og derfor bør vi ikke inkludere TIPP10 i den handelsfrie katalogen, kan man også argumentere for at programvaren kan lastes ned for for eksempel linux og brukes uten handel involvert - ingen sporere, ingen annonser eller pro-abonnement er nødvendig for å bruke TIPP10. Derfor det kan være aktuelt å inkludere denne programvaren, men kanskje gi den bare 4 blokker på grunn av google analytics.
