Även om man säkert kan säga att webbplatsen använder google-analytics, så vi bör inte inkludera TIPP10 i den handelsfria katalogen, kan man också hävda att programvaran kan laddas ner för till exempel linux och användas utan någon handel involverad – inga spårare, inga annonser eller pro-prenumeration behövs för att använda TIPP10. Därför det kan vara lämpligt att inkludera denna programvara men kanske ge den bara 4 block, på grund av google analytics.
