The Internet Archive is an American digital library with the stated mission of “universal access to all knowledge.” It provides free public access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, software applications/games, music, movies/videos, moving images, and millions of books. In addition to its archiving function, the Archive is an activist organization, advocating a free and open Internet.
They may use their own analytics so they collect some data about the users. But it does not seem to do so for profit reasons.
5/5 blocks, because they just want to provide universal access to all knowledge for everybody, without wanting anything in return. Similar to Wikipedia, they rely on donations to keep their service trade-free and not having to ask for trades like data collection or attention trade with ads.
This one seems to be really trade-free. No data collection, no ads. Simple access to all kinds of files. Plus, the ability to upload and share files through their system.
