Restic is a CLI-based backup software mainly developed by Alexander Neumann, which can be used to create incremental and full backups at file level. Backups are deduplicated and encrypted using AES-256. Since version 0.14 the backup files are additionally compressed.
restic is available as trade-free: https://restic.readthedocs.io/en/stable/020_installation.html – however, the website uses Cloudflare and therefore a block could be deducted.
